This year’s theme is BALANCE.
Cognitive Code 2026 asks one direct question: What should we hand to AI, and what should we keep for ourselves?

AI is entering our work faster than many teams are defining the rules. We are automating tasks before deciding who checks the result, makes the final call or takes responsibility for the outcome. Balance doesn't mean resisting AI or slowing down progress. It means knowing what to delegate, what still requires human judgment and where to draw the line.

That is what every speaker and everyone in the audience will be invited to consider: What would you hand to AI, and what would you keep for yourself?
